What happens if EVA can’t understand a question?

In the event EVA cannot recognise a caller’s request, the agent will transfer the call to the designated property contact to help you. For recurring unresolved queries, the property team will be able to review these in the dashboard so EVA will learn and know for next time. We are constantly helping EVA learn and improve so we are always reducing the pressure on staff. 

What is the process of getting EVA live?

EVA’s implementation generally takes about 8 weeks from start to finish, encompassing setup, training, and integration with your existing systems. Fourteen IP’s project management team guides you through each stage, whether you’re integrating with Evolution Voice cloud telephony or configuring EV Connect/ConnectPro for on-premise setups. 

Can guests still speak to a real person?

Yes, if EVA cannot resolve a query, it will seamlessly transfer the call to a live agent. 

How is EVA priced?

What does EVA sound like?

EVA agents are custom built and are available in multiple languages including English, French, Spanish, German & Italian. EVA is also available in different styles of voices.

Will EVA work over my existing PBX?

Yes, EVA can be integrated with most existing on-premise PBX systems. For full functionality like capturing guest name, room number, and loyalty status, you’ll likely need EV Connect (with two channels per EVA agent) or EVA ConnectPro, depending on your infrastructure. 

What hardware will be installed if I have EVA?

EVA often connects directly into your existing phone system without any extra equipment. If your system is a bit older, we may add a small device that will help EVA direct call traffic. Our team can work with your PBX to ensure the best integration.

What integrations are available with EVA?

EVA integrates with leading solutions like HotSOS, Sevenrooms, Alice, GXP & more. 

Does EVA have a cloud dashboard?

Yes, EVA includes a cloud dashboard that delivers real-time analytics, tracking answered/unanswered calls, abandoned calls, agent activity and more. You can access data on call handling, including volumes, response outcomes, abandoned calls, and agent usage. The dashboard supports analysis by timeframe or individual properties in group deployments

What support will I have from 14IP after I go live with EVA?

Post launch, 14IP offers technical support via the service teams or support email. We also have AI technicians in the UK & US who can handle support tickets.  

You will also have access to regular sessions with our Customer Success and Account Management teams to ensure EVA is running smoothly and as you expected. 

 

What PBXs are compatible with EVA?

EVA can be connected to most on-premise systems, including Nortel, Mitel, Avaya, NEC etc. Support provided via EV Connect or ConnectPro integrations.
