Sheraton Skyline Mitel 3300 from 14IP

Fourteen IP are delighted to have secured the contract to replace the existing Nortel Meridian PBX at The Sheraton Skyline Hotel, Heathrow, with a new Mitel 3300 IP telephony solution.

The new solution includes a contact centre and all new admin IP phones and Cetis guest room telephones across the hotel.

The contract continues a number of recent wins for Fourteen IP.

Element Frankfurt Airport Mitel 3300

Fourteen IP are delighted to have secured the contract to provide the fabulous new Element Frankfurt Airport with a new Mitel 3300 telephone system along with SIP trunks and a fixed call package.

In keeping with the tenets of the Element brand, Element Frankfurt Airport’s 133 light-filled studios and one-bedroom suites will be stylish, sustainable and designed for comfort. Each will feature a fluid design of modular furniture, swiveling flat-screen televisions, large desks with open shelving and custom-designed closets. Bathrooms will be spa-inspired, with an invigorating rain shower and dual-flush toilet. Rooms will also feature fully equipped kitchens and the signature Heavenly® Bed.

Fourteen IP are delighted to have secured the contract to replace the existing Nortel Meridian PBX and in room telephones at the Sheraton Park Tower in Knightsbridge, a part of the Luxury Collection.

The New Mitel PBX will form part of the new voice network for Starwood in London and continues the ongoing partnership with Starwood and Fourteen IP.

The Park Tower Knightsbridge encapsulates the spirit of its refined location. Combining timeless elegance with bespoke contemporary design, the hotel lobby and reception have recently been renovated, now offering an even more exceptional arrival experience.

All of the 280 guest rooms and suites feature handcrafted pieces and marble bathrooms, and thanks to the hotel’s iconic circular shape, provide views over Knightsbridge or neighbouring Hyde Park, while the suites offer breathtaking views over London’s skyline as well as the distinguished service of The Park Tower Butler.

Park Lane Hotel Mitel 3300 from 14IP

Fourteen IP have secured the contract to provide the Park Lane Hotel, plus the regional Starwood offices and contact centre with a new Mitel 3300 telephony solution.

The new system will replace the existing Nortel Meridian PBX and comes as the hotel starts a major refurbishment project.

A celebrated Art Deco hotel in the heart of London Mayfair, facing Green Park and just a short walk away from Buckingham Palace the Park Lane Hotel also hosts the regional Starwood Offices and contact centre all of which will benefit from the new IP telephony solution provided by Fourteen IP.

This project continues a great working relationship between Starwood and Fourteen IP on a number of network and Telephony Projects.

Ashford Castle Converged Solution

Fourteen IP are delighted to have secured the contract to design and install a fully converged voice and data solution to the fabulous Ashford Castle, recently acquired by Red Carnation Hotels.

Fourteen IP will supply a fully converged wired and wireless network based upon HP, Ruckus and Mitel technology in to the hotel during the early months of 2014.
