Expo-EFourteen IP are delighted to have secured a 44 site roll out of fibre ethernet and Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) circuits from 100m to 1gb in partnership with Exponential E.

The contract which is worth in excess of £1m continues a strong working relationship with Fourteen IP and Exponential E across similar projects.

Its another great win, said Fourteen IP Managing Director Neil Tolley, hard won and thought through in detail to give the customer the technical and commercial solution they required on a network that is proven and reliable.

Karl Largerfeld Designs but Fourteen IP Wired and Wireless Networks

Hotel de Crillon ParisFourteen IP has been awarded the contract to provide converged wired and wireless networks for the Hôtel de Crillon, a Rosewood Hotel.

Located at the foot of the Champs-Élysées, Hôtel de Crillon is one of two identical stone palaces on the Place de la Concorde. The building was first built in 1758 to be transformed into a hotel in 1909.

According to the Pursuitist website, this masterpiece of 18th century architecture has closed its doors in order to build a future as bright as it’s past: one that is inspired by the hotel’s glorious history, respectful of its traditions and faithful to its character. The website goes on to say the so called ‘messiah’ of the fashion kingdom Karl Largerfeld has been commissioned to design luxurious suites at the luxury hotel. The renovations are said to further enhance the majesty and elegance of this exceptional place, while conserving the spirit of its prestigious 18th century edifice.

While Karl is doing his thing, we will be installing an HP wired network with Ruckus wireless networks into this prestigious hotel to keep the fashion conscious guests connected to the internet.
